Arrival
Please park and accompany your child into B.A.C.E. to his/her classroom. Please wait until the child is checked in before leaving the premises. The parent and/or guardian should notify B.A.C.E. at sign-in if the child is to be picked up by someone other than the parent and/or guardian.
Departure
Each day parents must sign their child(ren) out before you leave the premises with the child(ren).
No child will be released to a person not authorized by a parent and/or guardian to pick-up the child. Any person picking up a child must be at least 16 years of age. The parent or guardian will notify B.A.C.E. when someone other than those named on the emergency information card will pick up the child.

Snacks
If your child has an allergy to a food, a form detailing that food allergy must be kept on file. B.A.C.E. will also make every attempt to meet any other cultural or nutritional need. Parents must understand, however, that not all needs can be met all of the time. Ultimate responsibility lies on the child with a severe food allergy. No child is forced to take any snack.
Snacks will be served in a relaxed manner; however, manners and etiquette are expected. Staff members will sit with the children during snack time and enjoy talking and eating with the children.
